As an Operations at Jacobs Douwe Egberts you will be integrated in the Belux Operations team and become part of the team responsible for the planning and execution of technical service on our coffee machines (B2B). This will give you the insights on how we deliver key service to our customers! We create remarkable customer experiences through our services! You will report to and be guided by the Business Process Owner (BPO) who is in charge of improving processes and Operations business. After two weeks of training, including field trips to customers to understand the business, you will be ready to come up with your first improvement proposals.
